The Freq Reflex can prevent and ease the pain of shin splints, reducing the tightness in the calf muscles eases the stress on the shin bone.

By pulling your foot up and allowing yourself to land underneath your centre of mass, the Freq Reflex reduces the load and strain put on your hamstrings. Many hamstring injuries occur because the foot is allowed to flop in front of the body, this lengthens the hamstrings excessively under tension causing pulls and strains over time.
